The Flat Iron Steak is renowned for its outstanding flavour and succulent texture, 100% Pasture-Fed and best served as rare as possible. Aged over 28 days on the bone, the rich beef flavour intensifies through the tender meat.


All our beef comes from farms supporting rare species such as Cuckoos, Marsh Fritillary Butterfly, Heath Spotted Orchid, Merlin, and Emperor Moths.

Cook your meat

"Bring your steak to room temperature and pat dry. Season to taste, and rub with oil.

Using a heavy based frying pan, add your steak to the middle of the pan once hot enough, cook for 2 - 3 mins on each side for medium-rare.

Allow to rest for 5 mins before serving. "
