Our wilder whole chicken is slowly grown in acres of space. The wonderful tender meat is rich and creamy with layers of flavour from the diverse diet of the chicken. Our birds are naturally reared and will differ in size, we don’t turn food away.
All our chicken comes from farms that are restoring their soils and the huge diversity of biological life that lives within them, laying the ground work for the return of birds like starlings, song thrushes and skylarks.
