Pasture Fed Rib Eye Steak

£9.75
Our pasture-fed Rib Eye Steak has the perfect balance of muscle and flavoursome fat, created from the lush Devon fields. The marbled fat will caramelise as cooked, adding layers of wonderful flavour. Dry aged on the bone for 28 days allowing the tender meat to hone its flavour.
All our beef comes from farms supporting rare species such as Cuckoos, Marsh Fritillary Butterfly, Heath Spotted Orchid, Merlin, and Emperor Moths.
Cook your meat
As with all steaks the key is cooking with heat. Make sure the Pasture Fed Rib Eye Steak is at room temperature, heat a thick based frying pan over a high heat. Add your oil, once simmering place your steak into the pan.
We would recommend serving Rib Eye medium-rare if not medium to allow the beautiful fat running through it to cook. 5-6mins flipping halfway will result in a medium finish. Allow to rest for 5 mins before serving.
Storage
We send all our wonderful Pasture-Fed meat frozen.
