Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns on your order. If your product arrives and you are not satisfied with your order to be refunded your claim must be sent in within 48 hours of receiving the goods with a written statement as to the reason for the claim, we might also require pictorial evidence if the claim relates to spoilage. Deliveries must be accepted for any action to be taken.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you are still unsure if the refund has been processed please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, if this is the case please email your claim to email@example.com with an explanation and picture of the issue.
