BBQ Chicken Drumsticks with BBQ Sauce

A super easy and delicious recipe for the best barbeque chicken drumsticks. This finger-licking treat is a complete family favourite. Sweet and tangy sticky BBQ sauce on the outside with tender juicy chicken on the inside.
8 chicken drum sticks with skin left on
1 tbsp paprika or piri piri seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Mix all the ingredients together in a shallow baking dish. Slash the drumsticks and add to the marinade and coat well. Cover and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
BBQ the drumsticks, turning and basting and brushing with any excess marinade.
Cook for 20 minutes or until the juices run clear. Serve with a sprinkling of diced pepper and tomato, lime slices, and BBQ sauce for dipping.
If cooking the drumsticks in the oven cook at 180c fan or until the juices run clear, you can use an instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone and this should read 75c or above.
This recipe also works well with chicken thighs or breasts, however, you will need a longer cooking time.
