Our venison boneless haunch is a hearty roasting staple, the rich wild diet of the deer brings a wealth of flavours making it a perfect treat for a Sunday roast. The size will vary due to the wild nature of the product.
All our deer comes from Forestry England woodlands, where population control allows natural regeneration allowing new trees to flourish, Silver Washed Fritillary and Dormice to thrive.
Storage
We send all our wonderful Wilder meat frozen.
When your delivery arrives place it straight into the freezer in its individual packaging. To thaw remove your item from the freezer and place at room temperature or in your fridge to gently thaw.

Venison topside is taken from the rich and lean haunch or back leg of the deer.
