Our Foresty England Wilder venison mince has the right balance of flavour and fat. This versatile meat is an excellent alternative to beef. Wild venison mince has a unique flavour developed from the foraged diet.
All our deer comes from Forestry England woodlands, where population control allows natural regeneration allowing new trees to flourish, Silver Washed Fritillary and Dormice to thrive.
Storage
We send all our wonderful Wilder meat frozen.
When your delivery arrives place it straight into the freezer in its individual packaging. To thaw remove your item from the freezer and place at room temperature or in your fridge to gently thaw.
